Fabick Nature Preserve is 125 acres of property that was founded by the Fabick family. Some of the original stonework pavilions and cobblestone roads from the 1920s are still visible. There are two lakes on the property. One lake is named Preslar Lake. The other is smaller and named Fabick Nature Preserve Lower Lake. Both lakes offer public fishing access. There are 1.7 miles of trails here with wood chip and gravel surface.
Directions: This nature preserve is located west and just a little north of the Fenton City Park. Enter the nature preserve by car two places. One is along Fabick Lane, beyond the intersection with Green Acres Lane given above. The other is the parking area on Gregory Lane near New Smizer Mill Road and the Fenton firehouse.
